About the Role

Youll be leading website projects that are big, complex, and packed with moving parts and people. Youll be the calm in the chaos, the person everyone trusts to keep things on track, and the connector between clients and our internal team of strategists, designers and developers.


Your day-to-day might include:

  • Leading your team through website builds from kickoff to launch
  • Managing scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships
  • Supporting ongoing projects and client requests
  • Communicating clearly (and often) with your team and clients
  • Using tools like Basecamp, Google Workspace, Forecast, Zendesk, and Notion to keep everything humming
  • Reporting on account health to the leadership team

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of related experience in digital project management
