Job description

MAWM Project Manager
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH
ABOUT BRICZ
Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Atlanta, GA, Bricz is a supply chain solutions firm built on a solution architect's mindset: we design before we build, validate before we deploy, and stay engaged long after go-live. We deliver full-stack Manhattan ActiveWarehouse Management implementations, from core platform configuration through custom integrations and the surrounding applications that turn a good implementation into a best-in-class operation. Our consultants come from inside the industry, and we measure our success the same way our clients do: by whether the client actually won. We're growing our project management bench to support an expanding portfolio of Manhattan ActiveWarehouse engagements.
OUR CULTURE
We're a small business with big goals, and we operate that way. Every idea is welcome here, as long as it comes with a plan for execution and a clear return. We move at the speed of our clients' businesses, which means loose requirements and mid-project pivots are the norm, not the exception, and we get things done anyway.
People and relationships come first, inside our team and with our clients. We're entrepreneurial and collaborative: we take ownership, work across boundaries, and step in where we're needed rather than waiting to be asked. We're proactive in our work and in how we communicate, surfacing issues and ideas before anyone has to ask.
If you have the right mindset to grow and learn with us, you can help build this business, not just work in it.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Manhattan ActiveWarehouse Project Manager to support Manhattan Active Warehouse Management implementations. This role will be responsible for driving project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing key milestones, supporting client communication, and helping ensure the program stays on track through design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, understands warehouse operations and WMS implementations, and can work confidently with client stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, integration partners, and leadership.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid work is preferred; however, remote candidates will be considered based on qualifications, experience, and business needs.

  • Own and manage the project plan, milestones, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
  • Support execution across MANHATTAN ACTIVEWAREHOUSE workstreams including inbound, outbound, inventory, labor, yard, automation/MHE, reporting, integrations, and testing.
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders, system integrators, Manhattan teams, technical teams, operations, and business users.

  • Track and manage RAID / RIDAC items, decisions, blockers, and follow-ups.
  • Support planning and execution for SIT, UAT, day-in-the-life testing, mock cutovers, go-live, and hypercare.
  • Drive accountability across workstreams to make sure owners are clear and deadlines are met.
  • Prepare executive-ready status updates, issue summaries, milestone reports, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Help identify project risks early and work with the team to define practical mitigation options.
  • Support change management, stakeholder communication, and operational readiness activities.
  • Partner with functional and technical leads to ensure scope, design decisions, testing outcomes, and deployment plans are aligned.
  • Maintain clear documentation for project decisions, open items, dependencies, and transition/handoff needs.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • 6-8+ years of project management experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, WMS, or systems implementation.
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Manhattan Active Warehouse Management implementations, specifically in a project management capacity.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes such as receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, cycle count, returns, and labor planning.
  • Experience managing large cross-functional teams across business, IT, operations, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues for leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Experience managing project plans, RAID logs, milestone tracking, testing readiness, deployment readiness, and cutover activities.
  • Ability to drive meetings, follow up on action items, manage escalations, and keep teams aligned.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting or client-facing environment.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Direct experience with Manhattan Active WM / ActiveWarehouse.
  • Experience with MHE, conveyor, automation, RF, label scanning, or warehouse integrations.
  • Experience with enterprise retail, distribution, 3PL, or high-volume DC environments.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, Teams, or similar project tools.
  • PMP, PMI, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certification.

The PM should bring structure, urgency, and clear communication while helping the client feel confident in the delivery plan.
