Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop customized therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions using established evidence-based therapeutic methods, ensuring that clients receive effective and emotionally supportive care.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to address various mental health challenges.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of client care, sharing insights and strategies to promote holistic treatment approaches.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client documentation and billing records with assistance from our support staff, enabling you to concentrate on delivering exceptional care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a wide array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relational challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field is required.
