• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of patients utilizing virtual platforms to evaluate their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops through online platforms, covering relevant topics such as coping strategies, stress management, and personal development.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.
• Proven understanding of mental health challenges prevalent among diverse populations, particularly within a community health context.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients in a virtual environment, fostering trust and rapport.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and brief intervention models, equipped to adapt to remote counseling.
