Locum Tenens Radiologist (Near Radnor, OH)

Are you a dedicated Radiologist seeking a dynamic locum tenens opportunity in a growing community near Radnor, OH? We're looking for a qualified and experienced physician to join our team and provide high-quality imaging interpretations across various modalities. This is a locum tenens position with an ongoing contract, offering flexibility with both on-site and remote reading options.

What We Offer:

  • Schedule Flexibility: Choose between on-site weekday shifts (Mammography 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, General Radiology 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or remote weekday/weekend reading schedules. Remote options include General Radiology (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM), Neuro-focused (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM), General Radiology (12:00 PM - 8:00 AM), and MSK-focused (12:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
  • High Reading Volume: Be prepared to interpret a high volume of studies, averaging 100-120 reads per 8-hour shift. We offer opportunities for both generalists and those with specialized interests.
  • Modality Specialization: We seek candidates with expertise in diverse modalities, including plain films, cross-sectional imaging (CT, US, MRI), with a breakdown of approximately 60% plain films and 40% cross-sectional studies. Specific needs include Neuro (fellowship not required), MSK (fellowship required), and Body (fellowship not required).
  • Technology: You'll utilize our established technology stack, including Epic EMR, Change Healthcare (McKesson) PACS, PowerScribe One dictation, and RamSoft worklist management.
  • Travel & Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation package with comprehensive benefits (details provided during the interview) and may cover your travel expenses (flight, rental car/mileage, and lodging) depending on circumstances.

Qualifications:

  • Board certification in Radiology required
  • Active state medical license required (we are willing to help with licensure if you have an IMLC)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Radiologist with recent patient care experience
  • Clean background check and no malpractice history
  • Experience with the listed technology platforms is preferred
  • Ability to integrate quickly with a streamlined credentialing process (4-6 weeks)
