Analysis is concerned with three primary areas: (1) Optimization Solutions, such as measurement of competitive performance and its drivers, customer/product mix, sales lift studies, price elasticities, etc., (2) Predictive & Exploratory Analytics, such as demand forecasting, prioritization of trends, market potential for new business models, (3) Thought Leadership, such as applying augmented decision making with ML/AI, creative use of internal and external data sources with pragmatic curiosity.

Individual will function as an analytical translator/facilitator between the operational business units and technical personnel.
Individual will develop key modelling and manage analytical projects to optimize profitability.
Individual will work with and educate the operational business units on key analytical needs to help establish sustainable innovations within the business units.
Requires strong understanding of the functions and foundations of both the business and of analytics.

1. Collaborate across departments (IT, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service) to develop and implement complex analytics models to drive data-driven insights and optimizations within Payment Card. Develop and deliver data-driven presentations and reports to internal stakeholders, including business leaders and senior management. Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests as needed.
2. Lead research and development projects to advance the Payment Card capabilities of the company. Participate in the design and implementation of new data systems and infrastructure to support advanced analytics.
3. Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance, data management and data quality control processes. Develop and/or maintain data architecture (including design, implementation & governance of deployment) and data dictionaries to ensure data consistency. Oversee data quality & governance to ensure accuracy and consistency of data for analytics purposes.
4. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies and apply them to improve the company’s analytics capabilities. Requires a commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to continuously expand expertise.
5. Provide training and support to business stakeholders on the use of data and analytics tools.
