Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, engaging with clients to explore their emotions and experiences.

• Systematically evaluate clients to identify a range of emotional or mental disorders like anxiety, grief, or stress, drawing from your clinical insights.

• Develop personalized treatment plans using a solution-focused approach, leveraging evidence-based strategies to guide your client interventions.

• Regularly monitor each client’s progress and provide constructive feedback to foster their growth and coping skills.

• Encourage clients to actively participate in discussions that promote self-insight and improve their relational dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will primarily consist of emotionally stable adults seeking support for low-acuity mental health concerns. Each client will undergo a comprehensive screening process to ensure appropriate service alignment, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality, targeted counseling.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of a valid independent license such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or psychologist is essential; provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrated strong computer literacy skills for managing virtual counseling sessions and administrative functions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in mental health counseling with a strong focus on adult clients is preferred.

• Background in educational environments or with young adults may be advantageous.

• Experience utilizing virtual counseling platforms or telehealth services is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with the number of hours worked.
