Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine each client's mental health status and unique needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans in alignment with the clients’ goals, leveraging evidence-based methodologies.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients using a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to their specific conditions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver virtual therapy, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services, responding promptly to clients in acute emotional distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach is essential for effective counseling.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle client schedules effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions on licensure board.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is preferred but not mandatory.
• A background in crisis intervention is valuable for addressing acute client needs.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous for maintaining client documentation and management.
