Location: Remote with Occasional Travel

Job Description:


  • 8+ years of professional experience in web application development.
  • Strong back‑end development experience, including hands‑on work with Python.
  • Experience with front‑end development using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React).
  • Proven experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated build and deployment workflows.
  • Hands‑on experience with modern infrastructure and DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Managers to define and refine work for engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or guiding junior and mid‑level engineers.
  • Ability to balance rapid delivery with thoughtful, sustainable technical decision‑making.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and applying new technologies, architectures, and methodologies.
