Overview
The MyChart Analyst is responsible for the design, build, optimization, and ongoing support of the MyChart patient portal. This role focuses on enhancing patient access and engagement by improving workflows, supporting operational needs, and ensuring system reliability and performance.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Perform MyChart application build, configuration, maintenance, and enhancements in alignment with organizational standards and user needs
  • Provide operational support, including troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and resolving incidents in a timely manner
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to optimize patient-facing workflows and improve the overall user experience
  • Support testing cycles (unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing) including test script development, execution, and defect resolution
  • Monitor system performance and environment health to ensure high availability, reliability, and continuity of services
  • Participate in incident management, including facilitation and resolution of high-severity issues, and development of preventive measures
  • Analyze system specifications and workflows to ensure compatibility between system components and alignment with business requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, workflows, and issue resolution activities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for team members and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing optimization initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Epic MyChart certification
  • 2+ years of hands-on MyChart experience (build, configuration, and support)
  • Active Epic MyChart certification

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MyChart Server and Cheers certifications
  • Experience with MyChart scheduling workflows, including patient self-scheduling and access optimization
  • Experience supporting testing cycles across multiple phases
  • Solid understanding of patient access, engagement, and digital front-door workflows
  • Solid knowledge of MyChart Server infrastructure and performance considerations
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform detailed root cause analysis
  • Proven excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and partner with stakeholders across technical and operational teams
  • Proven solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
