ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Analyst, Supply Planning, you will be working with an existing Supply Chain in Home Storage. Reporting to the Associate Manager, Supply Planning, you will be accountable for delivering balanced, world class results across case fill, inventory and process metrics with demonstrated commitment to supply planning process excellence and lean/continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for assigned External and Internal Manufacturers within respective region

  • Drives results through adherence to core supply planning processes and policies

  • Optimization of inventory and case fill, end to end

  • Drives decisions and trade-offs to optimize the supply plan and communicates to stakeholders

  • Develop constrained/feasible MPS/DRP/MRP plans over the aligned time horizon, via SAP and best practices

  • Cross functional (and external) collaboration to maximize trade-offs across production, inventory and capacity

  • Master data ownership and compliance

  • Escalate supply/inventory risk to the Supply Interface Manager and identify options to drive resolution

  • Measure, analyze and communicate key process metrics

  • Monthly inputs/capacity planning in support of Step 3 process

  • Monthly root cause analysis of KPI's for their category/cluster - and identify/drive corrective actions

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in supply chain (internships included); OR an advanced degree and 1+ year of experience in supply chain; OR military experience considered in lieu of education requirement and 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain.

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Experience in the CPG industry

  • SAP experience/knowledge (planning related module)

  • Kinaxis experience MRP

  • APICS certification, e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CLTD

  • High level proficiency w/PC-based applications (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access)

  • Demonstrated results working in a team-based, cross functional environment

  • Proven organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure and manage priorities w/competing demands

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Process improvement proficiency, e.g., root cause understanding, lean methodology, etc.

  • Ability to work on a high-performing team in collaborative environment

  • Quantitative/qualitative analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPI's

  • Remote work available once a week after 90-day onboarding period.

The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 75,200.00 USD - 98,700.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives.
