Why We Need You:
 
We’re looking for a seasoned Principal Product Manager who can lead one of the most important bets for the company. This role will lead this initiative, including setting strategy / KPIs, driving product choices and delivering high impact. You will be comfortable getting hands-on with detailed, nuanced product choices, while also understanding the larger path ahead with your overall strategy. Finally, to land a great outcome, you will need to be an excellent cross-functional collaborator.
What You'll Do:
  • Scope: Lead a major product at Findem, including setting long-term strategy, and making the business case for more investment
  • Insights: Own the company’s thesis for the market segment including the target buyer and customer personas and their most important needs
  • Product craft: Bring robust, first-principle, out of the box thinking to our problem space, and using quantitative and qualitative data to drive your conclusions
  • Crafted execution: Work closely with engineering to focus our efforts on the most impactful innovations, owning prioritization, unblocking major issues, and landing product milestones
  • Communication: Working cross-functionally with marketing, GMs, support, and other stakeholders to drive alignment to the right goals.
Your Working Experience:
  • 7+ years as a product manager, ideally with startup experience
  • Experience building products that automate or enhance workflows using Agentic and Conversational AI
  • Experience doing 0->1 and 1->10 product building
  • Experience in with B2B PLG products, B2B SaaS (especially for multi-step workflows)
  • Ability to drive short term execution while building towards (and testing) a long term vision

Our compensation range reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this role is listed below by location, and the exact amount offered will depend on your skills, experience, and work location.
 
Tier One Markets (SF, NYC, Seattle): $200,000 - $210,000 per year
All Other Remote US: $190,000 - $210,000 per year
