  • Drive continuous improvement by documenting best practices, identifying process gaps, and implementing practical solutions with limited direction.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, technical sales support, sales enablement, or a related customer-facing commercial role.
  • Proven experience supporting sales processes, forecasts, pipelines, reports, dashboards, or opportunity management.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, tools, and data-quality practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to support technical solutions, proposals, integrations, or customer initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear actions and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and deliver accurate work with limited direction.

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly guestroom automation, energy management, hotel technology, electronic locking, or connected-room solutions.
  • Knowledge of Honeywell INNCOM and Onity platforms or similar hospitality technology portfolios.
  • Salesforce experience, including opportunity, pipeline, forecast, and reporting workflows.
  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of hospitality market dynamics, customer decision processes, and technical solution selling.
  • Experience supporting relationships with hotel ownership and management groups, consultants, engineers, contractors, integrators, or channel partners.
  • Strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a continuous-improvement approach.
  • Strong technical aptitude combined with attention to detail and commercial judgment.
  • Experience supporting pipeline generation, revenue performance, profitability, and sales excellence objectives.
