Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • A four-year degree from an accredited school in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of direct experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier (Version: 26 experience is required).
  • 7+ years of direct and specific experience creating applications in multiple programming languages.
  • 5+ years of direct database design and administration.
  • 5+ years of experience with application and database security, privacy, and compliance decisions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Visual Studio, including the use of Visual Studio 2026 version 18.7.2.
  • Advanced knowledge of VB.NET, .NET Framework, .NET CORE programming.
  • Advanced knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and SQL database.
  • Proficient with IIS configuration.
  • Proficient with Windows Server versions 2016 through 2025.
  • Advanced knowledge of C#.
  • Documentation and knowledge transfer experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support Oracle Primavera Unifier Version: 26.6 and higher.
  • Make changes to existing business processes, data views, user-defined reports, and BI custom prints.
  • Identify configuration defects and make necessary corrections.
  • Assist application administrators with first-level user support.
  • Maintain existing ASP code for the reservations portal and the Bureau of Buildings project listing web pages.
  • Support existing staff with the administration and maintenance of Oracle Primavera Unifier.
  • Support the business owners within the Bureau of Building, Grounds, and Real Property Management.
  • Create a new web application for the existing reservation system currently integrated with Primavera Unifier.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Drupal Content Management System versions 10 and 11.
  • Experience with web application development and the ability to publish web applications via Visual Studio to IIS.
