Job description

cFocus Software seeks a Program Manager to join our program supporting the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). This position is remote. This position requires the ability a Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in program/project management
  • Experience managing enterprise cybersecurity or IT operations programs
  • Demonstrated leadership in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with federal or regulated environments preferred
  • Required Certifications
    • Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
    • Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) Or equivalent cybersecurity leadership certifications
Duties:
  • Serve as primary liaison with client stakeholders and oversee contract performance
  • Provide planning, coordination, staffing oversight, and quality control
  • Manage risks, issues, and performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs)
  • Oversee reporting cadence including weekly, monthly, and executive briefings
  • Ensure delivery of cybersecurity services across SOC, NOC, engineering, and compliance functions
  • Lead transition planning and knowledge transfer activities
  • Maintain program management artifacts including Program Management Plan, Staffing Plan, and Quality Control Plan
  • Ensure adherence to federal cybersecurity standards (NIST, FISMA, Zero Trust)
