Synopsis

The Client Manager is a key role responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving project success. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, business development skills, and leadership abilities to manage client expectations, coordinate internal teams, and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Facilitate regular client meetings to review project progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive and productive client experience.
  • Define, document, and communicate client standards to internal teams to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.


Project Oversight

  • Lead project teams to deliver quality projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Oversee and manage project details, including scope, schedules, and budgets, ensuring profitability and successful outcomes.
  • Monitor and achieve KPIs related to client satisfaction, revenue targets, and project timelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, design, and project coordination, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Identify and communicate scope changes, ensuring proper documentation and billing.


Financial Management

  • Proactively manage project budgets to ensure profitability while delivering high-quality outcomes.
