100% REMOTE

SCHEDULE: 9/80. Compresses 80 hours of work into 9 days over a two-week period. You work eight 9-hour days and one 8-hour day to get every other Friday off.

TA Specialist. Looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist with 3+ years of experience driving structured full-cycle corporate recruitment with the ability to identify and attract top talent. A strong communicator who is able to hold hiring managers accountable and drive the process. This is key. Experience within Aerospace is a nice to have, but not required. The positions we typically hire for range from Engineering, Assembly, Quality Inspectors, supply chain, program management. High sense of urgency, Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle competing priorities.
