Job Description

Theย Sr. Campaign Business Systems Analystย will contribute to and executeย client multi-channel campaignsย andย ad-hoc reporting deliverablesย varying from simple, recurring campaigns to large, complex analytic extracts. Responsibilities include working with the team toย scope, document, design, QA, and produce marketing campaigns. This individual will function as aย liaisonย directly supporting the client, their partners, and the internal account teams, with a strong emphasis onย SQL-based campaign executionย andย AI-enabled analysis and optimization.

Responsibilities

The Sr. BSA will be expected to manage the following responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and execute multi-channel campaignsย leveragingย SQL-based campaign tools and internal platformsย (e.g., internal SQL-based tools; experience with platforms such as Adobe Campaign or IBM Unica Campaign is a plus but not required).
  • Useย SQLย to build audience segments, define selection logic, and support campaign workflows and analytic extracts.
  • Performย data issue investigationย as it pertains to campaigns and audience selections.
  • Provideย technical expertiseย in identifying, evaluating, and developing campaign procedures that are cost effective, operationally efficient, and meet user requirements.
  • Utilize generative AI tools (such as Copilot and ChatGPT) to streamline the campaign lifecycle-from requirements gathering and design through development and QA/QC.
  • Supportย quality and user acceptance testing, including creating test cases and executing tests related to marketing campaigns and campaign logic.
  • Analyzeย complex business problemsย and translate them into scalable, automated campaign solutions.
  • Supportย Issue Managementย from identification through resolution, including root cause analysis on data and campaign logic.
  • Support/mentorย Campaign BSA teamย members with campaign design, data analysis, and overall technical needs.
  • Support/mentorย client campaign resources, helping them understand campaign capabilities, data usage, and best practices.
  • Schedule and leadย team meetingsย and send follow-up notes with clear action items.
  • Leadย cross-functional, linked teamsย to address business or systems issues related to campaign execution and data.
  • Work withย clients, external vendors, and account teamsย to maintain delivery and deployment schedules and meet agreed SLAs.
  • Follow theย campaign calendarย and manage deliverables to ensure on-time execution and quality.
Qualifications

Requirements

  • Familiarity with AI and generative AI toolsย (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) and theirย practical applicationย in:
    • Requirements gathering

  • Working knowledge of marketing conceptsย and end-to-endย marketing execution, particularly in multi-channel campaign environments.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degreeย preferred, ideally inย Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Data/Analytics, or a related discipline.

ย Compensation Range: USD $73,150.00 - USD $101,010.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
