Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the AVIATION SUPPLY DEPARTMENT (N3) of HELICOPTER MARITIME STRIKE WING PAC.

Help
  • You will be responsible for directing the combined efforts of the Aviation Program Support Division through five Branch Managers.
  • You will be responsible for providing departmental employee programs pertaining to position classification, manpower, position and training and support services.
  • You will be responsible for administering funds and ensuring all obligations of public funds, account payable and account receivables are properly documented and forwarded to the Defense Financial Accounting system (DFAS).
  • You will be responsible for monitoring supply performance and audit control procedures, administers quality control programs, monitors quality control studies and audit quality control.
  • You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and directs inventory management and storage of material for Ship's Habitability Program.
  • You will provide analysis, oversight and technical guidance for the Government Commercial Purchase Card Activity.
  • You will be responsible for providing admirative direction and for developing Naval aviation Logistics Command Management Information Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning system squadron personnel.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing the Management Branch to ensure correct fund execution and compliance with DFAS for Military supply chain operations.
Examples of Qualifying experience: Directing supply chain operations, requirement planning, and forecasting to support fleet readiness for all HSM squadrons. Overseeing high-value aviation IT and management information systems, specifically NALCOMIS and Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), which are critical for parts tracking, aviation maintenance support, and operational accounting. Serving as the key liaison with major commands and organizations, including NAVSUP, Weapons Systems Support (WSS), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and COMNAVAIRFOR to secure priority material support.
