The Marketing Coordinator works closely with Marketing Managers, Pursuit Managers, Proposal Specialists and the Marketing and Business Development team to support procurement response efforts.

Your impact:

  • Under supervision, collaboratively works with proposal team to respond to Requests for Qualifications/Letters of Interest and Requests for Proposals.
  • Reviews and interprets solicitation documents.
  • Assists with document layout, gathers information and content, and coordinates internal and external data calls.
  • Proofreads, edits, and formats proposal submittal content.
  • Develops figures/graphics to support proposal submittal and interview material content.
  • Writes and edits employee, project, and qualification collateral. Interviews staff to obtain information and use information to develop compelling content for proposal and marketing collateral.
  • Ensures compliance with proposal management documents, including proposal development schedules, outlines, and assignments.
  • Ensures quality control process is followed for all proposal submittals and various collateral.
  • Coordinates final submission of documents, whether print or electronic.
  • Conducts employee and project record updates through Deltek Vision CRM system.
  • Coordinates project photography; processing for marketing use.
  • Highly organized, proactive team player and performs under tight deadlines.
  • Relentless attention to detail, document quality, and pursuit compliance.

Who are you:

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role within the AEC Industry
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or related field
