Job description

Excellent opportunity in the security industry for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to perform quality and reliability testing of the organization’s processes. Conducting both virtual and on-site internal audits of company branch offices and field operations to ensure adherence to company standards and governing laws and regulations to reduce risk. The position will report to the Senior Manager of Quality Assurance and be remote/home based, assigned to the Western and Mountain time zones of the United States. Frequent travel will be required and may include weekends and holidays on occasion as needed.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct on site and virtual audits of company branch offices and work site locations.
  • Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that services meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability to reduce risk.
  • Communicate quality standards and parameters to the field operators and business development teams.
  • Coordinate and conduct internal systems testing and report on findings.
  • Identify and analyze deficiencies and draft reports based on branch and site visit audits results and develop plans for improvement.
  • Work with company stakeholders and leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
  • Assist field operations with setup of new customer job site locations as needed.
  • Conduct internal analysis on root causes of non-compliance issues.
  • Ability to communicate difficult audit findings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
