RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Schedule and manageapplication design andsupport coverage to meet service levels and ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance requirements.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Application Engineers to deliver high-quality pre-sales engineering support and solution design.

  • Manage team workload, prioritization, and response times to ensure alignment with business needs and service-level expectations.

  • Provideexpert guidance on product selection, system configuration, and application design across commercial and industrial use cases.

  • Support sales teams with technicalexpertise, including application reviews, proposal development, presentations, and customer engagements.

  • Serve as the escalation point for complex application challenges, ensuringtimelyand effective resolution.

  • Oversee development and validation of customer-specific solutions, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and performance requirements.

  • Collaborate withvariousEngineeringteams (NPD/MFG)and Product Management to communicate customer needs, application trends, and opportunities for product improvement.

  • Support installation and integration guidance, ensuring successful deployment and performance optimization of solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineeringor a closely related technical field.

  • Minimum of7yearsof experience in applications engineering, system design, or customer-facing technical roles.

  • Strong background in product applications, system integration, and solution-based problem solving.

  • Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or fluid system applications; familiarity with applicable, North America model building codes(IPC/UPC/ICC)andproductstandards(ASSE, CSA, UL/FM)is a plus.

  • Experiencesupporting sales channels with technicalexpertiseand customer engagement.

  • Ability to manage projects or processes that span outside of immediate responsibilities and work independently with little supervision in an effectivemanner.

  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiencywith CPQ/quotation tools and Microsoft 365 applications; SAP experience a plus.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong customer focus.

The expected salary range for this position is$112,000-128,000yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.

Working Conditions:

While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the North Andover, MA location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management. Up to 15% additional travel, including customer visits, training events, and company meetings.
