We're looking for an experienced software engineer with strong Python expertise who is passionate about AI and building scalable enterprise solutions. This role requires a strong engineering foundation, understanding of SDLC, and the ability to apply AI technologies to solve real-world healthcare challenges. The ideal candidate combines software engineering, cloud, and AI capabilities with a solution-oriented and architecture-driven mindset.
Experience
10+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years of hands-on experience working with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies
Experience within healthcare, payer, provider, or regulated enterprise environments preferred
Required Skills
Strong Python development experience
Experience with Django preferred
Hands-on experience with AI/ML and Generative AI technologies
Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI integration patterns
Experience building scalable APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications
Cloud platform experience (AWS or Azure)
Experience scaling POCs into enterprise-grade production solutions
Strong understanding of SDLC, software engineering best practices, and system design
Experience with containers, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
MCP experience is a plus
