NAVA Software solutions is looking for a SAS/SQL Analytics Consultant
Details:
SAS/SQL Analytics Consultant
Location: Remote - needs to be in one of these core hubs; AZ, Des Moines - Iowa , Minnesota , Irving - TX, San Antonio - TX
Duration: 6 months with the expectation to extend up to 24 months
Day to day: They are involved in evaluating and enhancing the code for the given tools used by the remediation analytics teams. They will also be working to establish more governance around common code used across the org. They need resources who know sas and sql that can do the hands on coding. The role will be 75% coding, 25% documenting what they did and why for the QA QC team to validate.
Must have: SAS, SQL (Teradata, MSSQL, Oracle), Python, Ability to gather and define/document requirements, agile, jira, confluence
Nice to have: python, alteryx, MS powerapps
Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Analytics.
Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Analytics business solutions.
Strategically engage with client personnel.
Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
