Will be responsible for installing and upgrading computer components and software, managing virtual servers, and integrating automation processes. Will troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing issues, and assessing their impact. Will develop, maintain, and utilize automated tools to support all components of data integration services, as well as support and maintain web services, and SFTP connections.
