Role: SAP o9 IBP/Demand Planning Configuration Lead
Location: USA (Remote/Hybrid)
 
About the Role: We are seeking a Configuration Lead with a strong background in o9 Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Demand Planning. You will be a key member of the project team, responsible for leading the configuration, testing, and delivery of o9 solutions. This hands-on role requires a blend of technical expertise and a deep understanding of supply chain business processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the configuration of the o9 platform, including master data, planning parameters, workflows, and user interfaces, to meet client-specific needs.
Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate functional designs into detailed technical configurations.
Define and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior configuration consultants.
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, ensuring the system operates efficiently and effectively.
Develop and maintain documentation of o9 configurations and processes.
 
Qualifications:
10-12 years of experience in supply chain planning, with at least 6+ years specifically in o9 configuration.
Proven hands-on experience in configuring o9 modules, particularly IBP and Demand Planning.
In-depth knowledge of o9's architecture, data models, and configuration best practices.
Experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data transformation is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
o9 certification is a plus.
