Job Overview:
 
Pay Range: $119.13hr - $124.13hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or applied quantitative analysis required.
  • Strong expertise in SQL required.
  • Proficiency in Python or R required.
  • Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and quasi-experiments required.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and causal inference techniques required.
  • Experience building metrics, dimensions, and analytical frameworks required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities required.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver advanced analytics for product and business domains within the Host App and Marketing teams.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to answer critical business and product questions.
  • Apply statistical, exploratory, and causal analysis techniques to generate actionable insights.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate experiments including A/B testing and quasi-experiments.
  • Develop and validate metrics and dimensions to monitor product performance and business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain analytical artifacts such as SQL queries, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics teams to align methodologies and interpretations.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and leadership-ready insights and recommendations through written and verbal communication.
  • Utilize AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve analytical efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Support business decision-making through data-driven analysis and strategic recommendations.

Should Have:

  • Experience in marketplace, product analytics, or business strategy environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics workflows preferred.
  • Experience working with cross-functional product and marketing teams preferred.
