Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Python AWS Developer / Lead Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Python development, AWS cloud services, and application support/enhancement. The selected candidate will work closely with business teams, technical teams, and project stakeholders to understand business requirements, design solutions, develop enhancements, and support applications after transition.

The candidate should be able to participate in requirement gathering sessions, analyze existing frameworks and codebases, design scalable solutions, and develop high-quality code following established coding standards. The role also involves supporting project transition activities from other teams, performing modifications, enhancements, troubleshooting, and providing post-transition support as required.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
  • Strong experience working with AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with application enhancement, modification, and production support.
  • Ability to understand existing frameworks and develop solutions within them.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot / Copilot tools or AI-assisted coding tools.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
