AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Customer Sales Representatives to assist individuals who have already requested information about insurance and supplemental benefit options. You’ll speak with prospective clients, explain available options, answer questions, and help guide them through the next steps.

No previous insurance or sales experience is required. Training is provided to help new representatives learn the products, technology, and client process.

Important Location Requirement

This is a remote position, but applicants must have a residential address in one of the approved hiring locations below.

U.S. applicants:

Canadian applicants:

• All provinces and territories

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day work will center around scheduled client conversations and follow-up rather than traditional cold calling.

Responsibilities include:

• Speaking with prospective clients through scheduled phone and virtual appointments
• Learning about clients’ needs and discussing applicable benefit options
• Clearly explaining products, processes, and next steps
• Assisting clients with applications and enrollment
• Responding to client questions in a professional manner
• Keeping appointment and client information organized
• Completing follow-up with individuals who need additional assistance
• Using company platforms and digital tools throughout the sales process
• Participating in training, meetings, and coaching sessions
• Building stronger communication and sales skills through ongoing feedback

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must currently reside in Virginia, Illinois, California, Washington, or Canada
• Must have a residential address within an eligible hiring area
• Must be legally authorized to work in the applicable country

• Webcam for virtual meetings
• Professional and dependable communication
• A suitable environment for handling client calls
