As a fully remote position, you will deliver services via secure video conferencing, making it easier for patients to access care from the comfort of their own homes. • Engage in crisis management and provide immediate support to clients in distress.
• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and remote communication tools to document patient progress and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Conduct ongoing evaluations of clients’ responses to different therapeutic approaches, adjusting care strategies as needed to enhance effectiveness.
• Maintain a case load of patients, providing routine follow-up treatment sessions tailored to their needs.
• Foster a non-judgmental and empathetic environment, ensuring clients feel safe and supported during their therapeutic journeys.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health to incorporate new practices into your therapy sessions.

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing mild to moderate levels of anxiety and depression, including a variety of conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), ADHD, PTSD, and grief. The diversity of our patient base provides the opportunity for you to apply your skills across a range of mental health challenges and offer tailored approaches to therapy that best align with each client’s preferences and needs.

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Possession of a valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as mandated by state regulations.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, with verification through a third party.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote setting, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in various psychotherapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.
• Experience working with diverse mental health populations and familiarity with a range of mental health disorders.
• Flexibility in adapting clinical approaches based on patient response and engagement.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
