• Conduct individual counseling sessions through video chats to address client mental health needs and to promote holistic wellbeing.
• Encourage open dialogue with clients about their emotions and experiences, facilitating insight and understanding in their personal journeys.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions using a thorough assessment process, and develop treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices according to your clinical expertise.

Our client population consists of stable adults with low acuity mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Candidates must hold a valid and active license from the state board to practice independently without supervision. Acceptable licenses include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses will be considered, and candidates must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on their record.

While a focus on stability and low acuity clients is essential, experience working in remote therapy settings or proficiency with telehealth tools is advantageous. Candidates who excel in interpersonal skills and demonstrate a sympathetic nature, alongside strong computer literacy, will thrive in this role.
