Role: Senior Technical Lead - DevOps (Python, Kubernetes) Location: Pleasanton, CA (Remote) Job Type: Long Term Contract Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams in implementing DevOps best practices
  • Design, develop, and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery
  • Build and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver infrastructure solutions
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize reliability
  • Drive automation initiatives and continuously improve existing systems and processes
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, security practices, and compliance frameworks
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong expertise in DevOps methodologies and tools
  • Hands-on experience with Python for automation and scripting
  • In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration
  • Experience with AWS services, including IAM, VPC, ELB, and Control Tower
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation)
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, and Linux/Unix environments
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch
  • Exposure to identity management solutions (SAML/SCIM, Okta) is a plus
