You'll play a pivotal role in developing a first-in-class application for new parents that provides personalized insights, recommendations, and advice and reduce stress and empower the next generation. Exceptional communication skills and familiarity with LLM calls and RAG pipelines are essential.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience and advanced to expert skills in:

  • Backend Development: Proficiency in Python, particularly with FastAPI.
  • Frontend Frameworks: Expertise in React and TypeScript.
  • AI Integration: Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) via their APIs and implementing tools such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and Multi-Agent Workflows.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication for both daily engagement and documentation.
  • Ideal but not required:
  • Cloud Compute Skills: Including infrastructure-as-code and continuous integration.

Additional Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Math, Engineering,Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience leading and building remote engineering teams is highly desirable.
  • A proactive and dedicated mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
