We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead our Embedded Growth Team and drive strategic growth for our most valuable client partnerships.


The Role

As a Senior Growth Manager, you'll be more than a managerโ€”you'll be a strategic growth architect. You'll own a portfolio of high-value consumer-direct lender accounts, each representing millions in funded loans. This is your opportunity to:

  • Lead with vision: Serve as the strategic owner of funded-loan growth and lifetime value, driving both immediate revenue and long-term expansion across your entire portfolio
  • Influence at scale: Build trusted executive-level relationships with C-suite leaders (CEOs, CMOs, VPs of Marketing) and translate their ambitions into actionable growth strategies
  • Drive innovation: Spearhead R&D testing initiatives to validate new approaches, motivations, and data signals that push the industry forward
  • Lead cross-functional teams: Guide the Embedded Growth Team (Product, Data Science, Creative, Call Intelligence, Operations) to deliver seamless execution
  • Govern with excellence: Manage program health across our proprietary Homeowner-First Framework, identifying gaps and establishing early escalation paths to prevent issues before they impact funded outcomes

This role combines strategic oversight, data-driven insight, and hands-on leadershipโ€”perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic, high-impact environments.


What We're Looking For

Core Experience (Must-Have):

  • 8+ years driving enterprise account growth, managing complex client portfolios, and building revenue
  • Proven success in mortgage, fintech, or performance marketing environments
  • Track record of managing large budgets and multiple stakeholders
  • Deep expertise in SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and modern growth technologies (call intelligence tools, analytics platforms, etc.)
