Position:Manager, Advanced Analytics

Duties:Owns workstreams and individual projects end-to-end for a business area,categoryor prototype. Manages risk associated with implementation. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Works with leadership/business partners (e.g., Directors) to discuss and understand goals/functionalobjectivesand key business challenges to develop hypotheses around current and future business issues.Identifiesfunctional analytics and researchobjectivesand develops tactical research plans. Provides guidance to Directors and advises on next steps based oninsightsobjectivesand research. Presents actionable recommendations to Directors to inform strategic and tactical functional initiatives. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with leadership and other key stakeholders. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness. Develops data models (algorithms, approaches) for workstreams and individual projects within a business area or category to drive business results and value. Collaborates withprojectteam to implement modeling solutions. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans;utilizingand supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices. Manages the development and implementation of prototypes and production-ready complex algorithms for workstreams and individual projects. Manages the testing and validation process tomonitorthe solution. Collaborates with Advanced Analytics Experts to develop new data analysis techniques. Addresses complex business problems by applying advanced analytics to drive data-driven decision making. Makes strategic recommendationsto teambased on data analysis. Manages and executes data analysis strategy, providing guidance to less experienced team members.Telecommuting / working from home is permissible.

Minimum education and experiencerequired:Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field plus 2 years of experience in data analytics or a related field; OR 4 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.

Skills required:Must have experience with:Developing complex SQL queries, data models, source-to-target mappings, data scripts and data coding logics; Analyzing, cleaning, performing data profiling, data validation, building end-to-end data solutions and creating valuable business insights from large enterprise level data sets using programming languages (SQL and Python); Data warehouses (Snowflake, Teradata, and SQL Server); Big Data Technologies/Tools (AWS Athena, Hive, SSIS,DBeaver, Oracle SQL Developer and GitHub); Designing and implementing scalable data processing, analytical solutions, automated ETL workflows, prototypes, complex algorithms, and modeling solutions usingPySpark, SQL and analytics platform (Databricks); Building interactive data visualizations/dashboards/reports for creating actionable insights to stakeholders using Tableau and Power BI; Building interactive data visualizations/dashboards/reports for creating actionable insights to stakeholders using Power BI and SSRS; Building and enabling feature data sets, data tables, data marts and self-service BI tools for integrating domain specific data from diverse sources into a unified data platform; Creating data lineage, data dictionary, templates and data architecture using Confluence, Collibra and Lucid Chart; Solving complex business problems/data needs by developing analytical solutions, optimizing data pull from large data sets, performing exploratory data analysis, segmentation and forecasting using statistical, optimization techniques in Python, SQL, and Excel; Monitoring automation workflow jobs with Apache Airflow to resolve data pipeline failures; Data architecture principles and performing effective analysis to develop data strategy, future state model of analytical solutions; Stakeholder management and project management experience using JIRA/TFS and Confluence; Creating data applications, workflows with Power Apps, Power Automate and Forms.Employerwill accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range:$102,274.00 -155,000.00/year.Additionalcompensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.Additionalcompensation for certain positions may alsoinclude:Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives
