Remote, Must be local within 1 hour driving distance from NewYork,NY/San Francisco, CA/ Richmond, VA/Atlanta, GA/ Minneapolis, MN/ Kansas city, KS, Philadelphia, PA/ Chicago, IL/Dallas, TX/ St.Louis, MO/Boston, Ma/ Cleveland, OH.


Responsibilities:

As a Senior Automation Engineer in Infrastructure, Platforms, & Operations, you will be accountable for developing automations and enabling self-service infrastructure engagements system wide. This team is part of a critical initiative launched to support the organization?s three-year strategic vision to automate / self-service engagements that support the entire system.


Minimum Qualifications:

Seven years of extensive experience in end-to-end enterprise software development life cycle, automation including maintenance and support

Direct experience developing Ansible playbooks, roles, modules, and workflows for complex and secure enterprise environments

Advanced skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for custom automation solutions

Expertise in building RESTful APIs using modern frameworks (FastAPI, Flask) and implementing diverse integration patterns to trigger and orchestrate automation workflows

Proficiency in version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks

Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems, Windows, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)


Preferred Experience

Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent background; or equivalent experience

Experience with automation orchestration platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, ARIA)

Experience in Agile and Scaled Agile environments

Knowledge of secure coding standards and banking environment is a plus
