  • SRE fundamentals: core metrics SLO/SLI, error budget, MTTA/MTTR, toil management;
  • AI experience, Claude code, Claude CLI, MCP;

  • Autonomy & proactivity; strong teamwork (critical); ability to own tasks end-to-end and collaborate with engineering and product; ability to identify bottlenecks;
