Team Red Dog is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer – Creator Platform & Data Products (Minecraft) for our client, a data and analytics innovator within the gaming industry. This remote or hybrid (Redmond) role sits at the core of modern data engineering and analytics, building scalable data pipelines, robust data models, and production-grade data products that power AI/ML, marketing, and product experiences. You'll work across large-scale cloud data platforms, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that directly impact creator ecosystems and player experiences. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how data drives one of the most influential gaming platforms in the world.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. Python (4–5 years) – used for data transformation, automation, and pipeline development.
  2. Data Modeling (3+ years) – designing scalable, analytics-ready data models for business and product use cases.
