Position Summary:
Business Analysts are responsible for collaborating with the PM, engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to enable the on-time delivery and execution of the product roadmap. The Product Management team enables Judi Health's operational and clinical teams to be more efficient by building cutting-edge products that automate operational tasks, empower clinical programs that drive down costs for employers, and deliver delightful experiences for members. As Judi Health continues to grow and scale, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our amazing Product team.
In this role, you will be paired with an Associate Product Manager and report to a member of the Product team to help deliver on products supporting the overall member experience.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Intake product requests from operations stakeholders and clients.
  • Triage, research and identify technical solutions for data errors occurring within the Judi Health tech stack.
  • Work with operations and implementation teams to manage issue prioritization and resolution.
  • Collaborate with the APM to build business requirements and specifications for road mapped items as directed by the APM.
  • Responsible for ticket review and identification of misintent post QA.
  • Identify and make data driven recommendations to APM for high value product enhancements.
  • Assist product team with user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Assist Associate Product Manager & Team with user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Partner with APM to manage backlog and participate in team refinement & planning.
  • Provide support to the APM and team in terms of planning, roadmap development, and long-term strategy.
  • Responsible for adherence to the Judi Health Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in an Analyst role, Software Engineering role or related work experience.
  • Demonstratable knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with the agile framework/Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.
  • Experience with Github or similar source code repositories.
  • Demonstratable knowledge of the Python programming language preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate between technical and not technical audiences both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of common methods of data exchange.
  • Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Intellectual and professional curiosity.

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, knowledge, skills, and location of the job.
