Job description

We're looking for a highly organized, strategic, Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the execution of all brand marketing initiatives across Montce.
This is not a channel-specific marketing role. This person will own the execution of all launches, campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives across email, SMS, social media, ecommerce, PR, influencer marketing, and retail ensuring every campaign is executed on time and to the highest creative standards.
Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing calendar, including product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and retail events.
  • Develop campaign briefs and coordinate execution across email, SMS, social, web, paid media, PR, influencer, and retail.
  • Manage project timelines and keep all stakeholders aligned on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with designers, ecommerce, freelancers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Review and approve marketing assets for brand consistency before launch.
  • Oversee campaign reporting and identify opportunities for optimization across channels.
  • Assist with photoshoot planning, creative production, content organization, and asset management.
  • Support influencer gifting, PR initiatives, partnerships, and brand events.
  • Continuously improve marketing processes, workflows, and cross-functional communication.

  • Has 47+ years of experience in brand or integrated marketing, preferably in fashion, beauty, or luxury consumer brands.
