Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring timely completion of all required documentation to meet clinical and regulatory standards.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall operations and program development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, substance use, and development disabilities. Your role will involve creating trusting relationships that encourage clients to engage actively in their treatment, fostering their journey toward wellness and self-sufficiency.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required, coupled with an independent LMHC license issued by the state board.
• Proficient in managing clinical records and preparing reports that effectively communicate patient progress and treatment outcomes.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively express ideas and health-related information to both clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits
