Family Wise Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our telehealth team. Work Environment

This role is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technology to deliver high-quality mental health services to clients across the state of Colorado. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some adjustments possible based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories, leading to the development of effective treatment plans.
  • Create and implement personalized therapeutic interventions that focus on trauma recovery and resilience-building.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in your sessions.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to explore their trauma and learn coping strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to deliver integrated care that meets the diverse needs of each client.
  • Provide additional support during crisis situations and facilitate intervention strategies as needed.
