The work setting is primarily remote, enabling you to provide therapy from a location of your choice while supporting clients effectively. Despite the remote nature, you will engage regularly with colleagues through virtual meetings and collaborations, ensuring a connected and supportive team atmosphere. Our outpatient clinic focuses on creating a safe space for therapy, emphasizing comfort and confidentiality to enhance client engagement.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients, employing various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments of clients’ mental health status and treatment goals, reviewing progress regularly to make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers—to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Provide ongoing guidance, support, and resources to families and caregivers, helping them understand the therapeutic process and how they can support their loved ones.
• Identify and address unhealthy behavioral patterns and coping mechanisms that may impede recovery, using proven techniques to foster positive change.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and clinic policies to support continuity of care.

Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As an LMHC, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals from various backgrounds ensuring inclusivity and consideration of cultural impacts on mental health.

• A master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• Familiarity with medication management and the effects of prescribed medications on mental health is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting, with a focus on outpatient care.
• Certification in trauma-informed care or additional therapeutic modalities is a plus.
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a variety of mental health issues.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
