Title : Full Stack Engineer (OpenShift)

Location : Remote

Duration : 12 Months

Team members for the Data Center Consolidation effort must have experience with at least the following:

  • Software engineering with an emphasis on Java software development as well as Java application server (e.g. JBOSS ) implementation.
  • Solid understanding of middleware technologies such as message-oriented middleware and data streaming preferably with experience in IBM MQ and/or Apache MQ.
  • Containerization of applications, preferably with an emphasis towards Kubernetes, specifically OpenShift.
  • Automation of infrastructure delivery with configuration orchestration and management solutions (e.g. Ansible, Puppet, Terraform).

Ideally, they will have experience with one or more of the following as well:

  • DevOps principles and CI/CD solutions (e.g. GitLab, Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of network and system administration fundamentals.
  • Experience establishing, using and supporting integration and communication protocols between applications, databases, and technology platforms.
  • Incident triage including scope determination, impact assessment and service restoration.
