ADABAS Natural Programmer Location: Remote (occasional onsite required) Interview Process: 1 round, virtual Duration: 12 Months Employment Type: Contract Experience Required: 08+ Years Candidate Location: No SC residency required. Open to nationwide candidates. Project Scope: Seeking an experienced ADABAS Natural Programmer to support and enhance Retirement Claims and Financial Services applications.

The consultant will work within a collaborative team environment utilizing the NaturalONE/Eclipse development platform and ADABAS databases. This role includes both application development and production support responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and support applications using Natural and ADABAS.

Analyze business requirements and implement technical solutions. Support Retirement Claims and Financial Services systems. Participate in design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance activities.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support. Modify and enhance existing applications and business processes. Create and maintain technical documentation.

Provide mentoring, training, and technical guidance to staff members. Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams. Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience with Natural Programming and ADABAS databases.

Experience working in Eclipse/NaturalONE development environment. Strong experience supporting production systems and troubleshooting issues. Knowledge of Payroll, Accounting, Financial Systems, or related business applications.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with JCL. Batch and Online Processing experience.

Technical documentation experience. Knowledge of software version control and development best practices. Experience integrating legacy systems with modern technologies.

Retirement Claims domain experience is a plus. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
