You will operate within a detox center, where collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists is essential to providing integrated care. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and opportunities for growth.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing diverse evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Design and execute comprehensive individualized treatment plans that set achievable goals and tailored interventions for each client.
• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow treatment team members to ensure coordinated and effective care strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning for clients in distress, ensuring immediate support for their needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions and client progress in compliance with ethical, professional, and legal standards.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and peer support groups to enable shared experiences and healing.

You will work with a wide range of clients dealing with various mental health conditions, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. This diverse clientele provides opportunities to employ your clinical skills uniquely while promoting healing and enhancing clients' coping strategies in a structured therapeutic setting.

• Mandatory: A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health or outpatient settings is required.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and an understanding of treatment approaches relevant to diverse populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

• Experience in a detox or substance use treatment environment is highly beneficial.
• Additional training in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention strategies.
• Knowledge of community resources and referral processes to assist clients effectively.
