Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide essential support to our executive team at Rebellion Defenses. This position requires a self-motivated professional who can handle a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Conduct research and compile reports as required by the executives.
  • Act as a point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Maintain an organised filing system and ensure all documents are easily accessible.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in another administrative role.
