Operating as the primary individual contributor for complex features, your mission is to drive the technical implementation of sophisticated Agentic Systems. You ensure that systems handling complex business reasoning are delivered with the highest technical integrity, making you the essential complement of the Technical Lead and the quality standard-bearer for your team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and end-to-end technical implementation of high-complexity apps within a larger ecosystem.
  • Implement sophisticated Agentic Systems, translating architectural blueprints into secure, scalable, production-ready code.
  • Coach teammates on the adoption of the AI-Native Technical Delivery Methodology and the shift to AI-assisted coding.
  • Act as the primary quality gate of their peers, ensuring the team adheres to the "Gold Standard" of OutSystems development.
  • Contribute to the definition and enforcement of security and governance protocols for AI agents and LLM data privacy within the project scope.

Security Clearance & Eligibility Requirements
  • Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is strictly required for this position. We cannot sponsor visas or work authorization for this role due to federal government contract restrictions.
  • Clearance Level: Must be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
  • Interim Clearance: Ideally, the candidate will be eligible to obtain an Interim Secret Clearance to begin work.
