Job description

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and successfully delivering projects from initiation through completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate teams, monitor project progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible hybrid work options available for eligible positions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan, organize, and manage projects from start to completion.
  • Develop project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Establish project goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, and project delays and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular project status updates.
  • Assign tasks and coordinate team members to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Track project documentation, requirements, changes, and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and organizational objectives.
  • Resolve project-related challenges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently, within approved budgets, and according to established requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management or related professional experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team-coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with common project management, collaboration, and productivity tools.
