Job description

Details

  • Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

  • Schedule: Project-to-project, flexible hours

  • Location: Fully remote

  • Pay: $17–$25/hour depending on experience

About the Role

House of Hearts ABA is a growing pediatric ABA therapy company operating across multiple states. We're looking for a reliable, tech-savvy assistant to help us get organized and stay that way.

This is a remote, project-to-project (1099) role. No two weeks will look exactly the same — you'll be jumping between software tools, file cleanup, password management, and whatever operational project is on deck.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Setting up and managing 1Password across all company tools and accounts

  • Organizing and cleaning up Google Drive (folder structure, file naming, permissions)

  • Helping onboard and connect different software platforms we use

  • Assisting with miscellaneous tech and operations projects as they come up

  • Following clear instructions and communicating progress consistently

Who We're Looking For

  • Comfortable across multiple tools and platforms (Google Workspace, cloud software, etc.)

  • Detail-oriented and organized — you notice what's messy and fix it

  • Self-sufficient — you can run with a task without needing hand-holding

  • Patient and thorough — you finish what you start

  • Remote-ready and responsive
